I went for the weekend to spend with my wife as a Honey moon since we didn't have one I got a reservation email confirmation with what I wanted, the day we got there we went to go check in and they gave me some other room totally different then what I reserved didn't accommodate us with anything all they can say was it wasn't our fault since you went through a third party and so since like o said it was our honey moon I wanted to make the best of it but I'll tell you what next time I will spend the other 50 dollars more to stay at Harrahs or the Golden Nugget never again will I stay in your property.
